Most new Covid-19 cases ‘mild’

PETALING JAYA: Less than 1% of Covid-19 cases reported daily are under Categories 3, 4 and 5, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah (pic).

The Health director-general said although the number of daily cases ranged between 1,000 and 2,300 for the past two weeks, the total number of those in intensive care units and requiring ventilation remained “low and manageable”.
