King, Queen attend Trooping the Colour ceremony

PUTRAJAYA: The skies around the federal administrative capital here came alive as the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah attended the Trooping the Colour at Dataran Pahlawan Negara in a pomp-filled atmosphere that has not been seen there for the past three years.

Bernama reported that their Majesties arrived at 8.30am and proceedings began with the Negaraku, played by the combined Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) central band under the command of Mej (DOM) Muhamad Nor Azizan Yahya.
