StarProperty debuts first bumiputra property fair @ IOI City Mall

Choices aplenty: Visitors to Star Property Fair 2022 will be able to catch individual time-limited promotions and campaigns prepared by the participating developers.

PETALING JAYA: Do not miss out on the exclusive opportunity to visit StarProperty Fair’s first-ever bumiputra edition at IOI City Mall, Putrajaya, from today until Sunday.

The fair, from 10am to 10pm, will highlight new and exciting units, bringing home buyers a wide selection from reputable developers who are offering special discounts for bumiputra buyers.

Exhibitors are Binastra Land, Gamuda Land, IJM Land, IOI Properties Group, Lagenda Properties and Mah Sing Group.

The others are Matrix Concepts Holdings, Nadi Cergas Development, OSK Property, Putrajaya Holdings, Seri Pajam Development, SP Setia and Tropicana Corporation.

Visitors will be able to catch individual time-limited promotions and campaigns prepared by these prestigious developers.

During the fair, Gamuda Land will be offering complimentary furnishing packages and an easy financing scheme with the purchase of selected units.

Among other features, the scheme consists of free legal fees and zero instalments for up to five years, with terms and conditions applied.

Mah Sing is set to offering free sales and purchase agreements (SPA) and loan legal fees to purchasers.

With every purchase of a unit under Putrajaya Holdings, the developer will also be providing a special discount of up to 40%, with savings of up to RM445,000.

This comes along with a zero deposit policy, free legal fees on SPA and free memorandum of transfer (MOT) duty stamp.

A purchase of a unit from IJM’s development, Robin, allows buyers to be eligible for a minimum 10% discount, along with free legal fees for the SPA and free MOT duty stamp.

In addition to any other developer promotion, bumiputra home owners will also be eligible for a discount on bumiputra units. While the fair directly seeks to elevate bumiputra units of unique make and build, there will also be a range of non-bumiputra units mall visitors can look out for.

They can take advantage of the fair’s multiple activities and campaigns, arranged by StarProperty, one of which is the StarProperty Fair’s visitor’s survey. Submission of a completed survey may see respondents win gifts worth up to RM3,000.

What’s more, home buyers are entitled to win more gifts upon purchase of a unit at one of the booths. Simply submit a copy of the sales order form, proof of payment and a copy of the purchaser’s MyKad at the StarProperty booth.

And if you are looking to complement your lifestyle, the Malaysian Institute of Baking (MIB) is offering limited vouchers for a free plant-based culinary workshop, which home buyers will be eligible to at the StarProperty Fair.

MIB’s plant-based dishes emphasise a wholesome and nutritious approach to eating. StarProperty Fair will be happening throughout the year at your favourite locations, including Central I-City, Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Velocity, IOI Mall Puchong and the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre, each with its own exclusive promotions.
