PUTRAJAYA: The Inspector-General of Police has once again denied the existence of a cartel within his force or outside interference in determining position and ranks.
“If it did exist, we would have seen a group of individuals responsible for it,” said Tan Sri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani.
