Masidi ready to ‘bang tables’ over oil, gas rights


KOTA KINABALU: Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun talked tough during the Sabah State Assembly sitting yesterday on Sabah’s rights.

"I will bang tables and walk out if I am not happy with the negotiations on Sabah’s oil and gas rights," said the state Finance Minister II.Masidi, who is in the state government’s negotiating team to discuss oil and gas rights with the Federal Government and Petronas, said Sabah has not softened its stance on claims related to revenue rights.
