Cops record statement of Civil Defence officer over Ampang landslide

AMPANG: The police have recorded the statement of the Civil Defence Force (APM) officer who had disobeyed instructions of the operation commander during the recent Ampang landslide.

The officer, who is also a senior private secretary at the Prime Minister's Department, had his statement recorded at the Ampang Jaya district police headquarters at about 8pm on Monday (March 14).
