Heavy rain on Monday caused flash floods in Jalan Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur.
KUALA LUMPUR: People needed to be rescued from their submerged vehicles after flash floods hit Jalan Kuchai Lama, here on Monday (March 7).
The Fire and Rescue Department said that 12 cars were submerged with victims requiring rescue, adding however that the situation was under control.
