Azam: Malaysia has asked US to reveal names of Tim Leissner's bribe recipients in 1MDB scandal


PUTRAJAYA: Malaysian graft investigators are seeking the cooperation of US authorities to share the names of those who allegedly received bribes from former Goldman Sachs banker Tim Leissner.

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner Tan Sri Azam Baki confirmed that investigation papers had been opened following a report lodged by former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak last year.
