KUALA NERUS: The two-day Dragon Boat Race Festival at Dataran Pengkalan Sungai Kampung Tanjung Sabtu here has evoked a sense of nostalgia among the elderly while being well received by the younger generation.
The event which ended last Friday and was organised by Lubuk Haji Youth Club to preserve the traditional cultural practices of the Terengganu Malay community, saw the participation of 11 village teams.
