KUANTAN: An investigation will be necessary before identification documents can be issued to stateless Rohana Abdullah who was abandoned as a baby by her Indonesian mother, says Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin.
He said supporting documents were needed to resolve the issue.
