Floods: Community Development Ministry asks for RM33mil to prepare for second wave


PASIR MAS: The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry has applied for an allocation of RM33mil to purchase essential items in preparation for the second wave of floods.

Deputy Minister Datuk Siti Zailah Mohd Yusoff (pic) said the application was made to the Finance Ministry as supply at its storage depots as well as forwarding bases is running low, adding that the decision was made at a virtual special flood coordination meeting she chaired on Monday (Dec 27) morning.
