Floods: Reception cancelled, so newlyweds share wedding banquet with fellow flood victims


The wedding reception of Nur Asyiqin and Muhammad Nabil was cancelled, so they decided to give away the banquet food to flood victims.

PETALING JAYA: Two newlyweds who had to forgo their wedding celebration on Sunday (Dec 19) changed into T-shirts and pants instead and gave away food from their planned reception to flood victims in Klang.

Nur Asyiqin Md Hamdan, 25, said her marriage to Muhammad Nabil Mohd Azimi, 23, was solemnised on Friday (Dec 17) and they planned to hold a reception at Grand Gerbang Hall in Meru, Klang on Sunday.
