Floods: Selangor Sultan saddened by disaster but heartened by Malaysians volunteering aid

PETALING JAYA: Selangor's Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah has expressed his sadness and grief over the floods that have hit the state following heavy downpours recently.

"I was informed that many locations are affected and cut off due to flooded roads, as well as residential areas hit by unusual floods," he said in a statement on Sunday (Dec19).
