Sarawak Polls: Tight race for Bawang Assan seat, GPS ahead of PSB by over 300 votes


KUCHING: The race for the Bawang Assan seat is shaping into a tight one with Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) candidate Robert Lau ahead of Parti Sarawak Bersatu (PSB) president Datuk Seri Wong Soon Koh by just over 300 votes.

In a live results update broadcast by GPS at Borneo Convention Centre Kuching, Lau currently has 2,580 votes while Wong - the seat’s former rep - has 2,259.
