KUCHING: Sarawak's rights and status under the Malaysia Agreement 1963 (MA63) are now recognised in the Federal Constitution following the passing of a Constitutional Amendment Bill in Parliament, says Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg (pic).
The caretaker Sarawak Chief Minister welcomed the Amendments, particularly the one involving the definition of "Federation" in Article 160(2) as one established by MA63.
