PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal has allowed a stay application by Datuk Seri Najib Razak on the execution of his jail time and fine in the SRC International case pending an appeal to the Federal Court.
This is following the dismissal of Najib's appeal in the case here on Wednesday (Dec 8).
A three-man panel chaired by Justice Abdul Karim Abdul Jalil also maintained the RM2mil bail fixed by the High Court.
