BUTTERWORTH: Police here crippled a drug syndicate and mini-lab in five raids across the north-east and central Seberang Prai districts in Penang as well as in Kulim, Kedah, seizing drugs worth RM143,380.
Penang Narcotics Crime Investigations Department chief Asst Comm Mustafa Kamal Gani Abdullah said two married couples were nabbed in the raids.
