Melaka polls: Stroke patient spends about RM200 on private ambulance to polling centre

ALOR GAJAH: A 57-year-old stroke patient was willing to pay hundreds of ringgit to hire a private ambulance so that he could cast his vote in the Melaka state election.

Abdul Rahim Yaacob spent about RM200 to pay for the services of a private ambulance to cast his vote in the Lendu constituency and arrived at SK Durian Daun (K) at about 8.15am on Saturday (Nov 20).
