Q3 sees sharp spike in deaths year-on-year with Covid-19 the main factor, says Statistics Dept

PUTRAJAYA (Bernama): The number of deaths recorded in Malaysia in the third quarter of this year jumped by 60.5% to 65,584 from 40,858 in the same period last year with Covid-19 being the main factor in the spike.
