A MAN in Ipoh was shocked and devastated when his small vegetable farm was destroyed by the city council with no warning, Makkal Osai reported.
Tharmendran Kannapiran, 25, started the small farm on an empty piece of land in Buntong with about RM7,000 five years ago.
