JOHOR BARU: A civil servant claimed trial at the Sessions Court here to four counts of making false claims amounting to RM7,050 at Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) some three years ago.
Zuraiha Zakri, 38, allegedly used documents containing false material particulars, namely the order of food and beverage for three different programmes that were not actually supplied as claimed inside the delivery order documents.
