Duo caught hiding drugs in under wear


TAWAU: Police arrested two women trying to smuggle syabu into Indonesia, with each hiding 20 plastic bags estimated to be worth RM72,720 of the drug in her girdle under a Muslim gown and hijab.

Tawau police chief Asst Comm Peter Umbuas said the women, aged 38 and 40, from West Sulawesi, were arrested last Wednesday while travelling in a vehicle driven by a 48-year-old local man who was also detained.
