SIBU: A 31-year old man has been sentenced to 10 years' jail and six strokes of the cane by the Sessions Court on Friday (Sept 17) for three counts of raping a minor.
Judge Marutin Pagan, in passing the sentence, ordered that the accused, Azizie Tamizie Abun, serve the sentence from the date of arrest which is on Sept 8, 2021.
