Sabah records highest daily Covid-19 deaths of 55 fatalities on Saturday (Sept 4)

KOTA KINABALU: Sabah recorded the highest number of Covid-19 deaths on Saturday (Sept 4) since the pandemic hit last year.

A total of 55 deaths were recorded - 12 in Tuaran, Kota Kinabalu (10), Tawau (seven), Sandakan (six), Lahad Datu (four), Penampang (three), two cases each in Putatan, Keningau, Beluran and Papar, and one case each in Kuala Penyu, Kalabakan, Tenom, Kudat and Kinabatangan.
