KUALA LUMPUR: Five people were detained following raids on call centres used by scam syndicates in the Klang Valley.
Kuala Lumpur Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) chief Asst Comm Mohd Mahidisham Ishak said those detained during the raids on Thursday (Sept 2) were three locals - a man and two women - along with two foreigners - a man and a woman.
