PETALING JAYA: Melaka will be moving to Phase Two and Negri Sembilan to Phase Three of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) from Sept 4, says Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
This means that Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Johor and Kedah are the only states and federal territories left in Phase One.
