MELAKA: A social activist with a Datuk title has landed in hot water for allegedly helping a foreigner to get her Covid-19 vaccination at a private clinic in Cheng here.
Melaka Commercial Crime chief Supt E. Sundra Rajan said the man, in his mid-50s, volunteered to arrange for two-doses of vaccine to be given to a 27-year-old woman who sought his help.
