KUALA LUMPUR: A doctor is expected to appear before the judge today in the corruption trial of Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to explain the medical condition of the Umno president.
Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah issued a subpoena for the doctor from Avisena Specialist Hospital to appear in court after having been informed by the defence that Ahmad Zahid was unable to attend the proceedings yesterday due to hospitalisation.
