Manufacturing operations capacity will depend on workers' vaccination rates, says Miti


PETALING JAYA: Operations for companies from both the essential and non-essential manufacturing sectors will be allowed, based on the vaccination rate of its workers, says the International Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti).

Miti said that under Phases 1, 2 and 3 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP), companies where 40%-59% of workers are fully vaccinated would be allowed to operate at 60% capacity; 60%-79% of workers (80% capacity); and 80%-100% of workers (100% capacity).
