Gombak gadget store owner helps desperate e-hailing driver who had only RM24 in his wallet


PETALING JAYA: An electronic gadget store owner in Gombak has taught Malaysians a fresh lesson in humanity after he helped a desperate single father who appeared at his shop to buy a new phone with only RM24 in his wallet.

Mohd Fadli Salleh, who is the store's owner and a primary school teacher, shared a story on social media about how his staff member called him after a man came to their store begging to pay in instalments for a new phone.
