GEORGE TOWN: Former Penang chief minister Lim Guan Eng (pic) is willing to apologise to the Science, Technology and Innovation Minister if the donation of two million doses of the Sinovac vaccine to the state government is proven to be bogus.
Lim, who is DAP secretary-general, said he would apologise if what Khairy Jamaluddin said was true.
