Police to propose inquest into Ganapathy’s death


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Police will submit a proposal for an inquest into the death of detainee A. Ganapathy while in police custody after the investigation paper is handed over to the deputy public prosecutor’s office.

Gombak police chief ACP Arifai Tarawe said the investigation into the case was still ongoing, and investigation papers would be submitted to the DPP’s office in the near future.
