MCA: Use discretion in issuing Covid-19 compounds to avoid another blunder

KUALA LUMPUR: The authorities must use their discretion when issuing compounds to those who have violated Covid-19 SOPs in order to avoid issuing fines that are too heavy, says MCA spokesperson Mike Chong Yew Chuan (pic).

While stressing that MCA supports the government's war against the Covid-19 pandemic, Chong said the welfare of the public must not be sidelined in the process.
