GEORGE TOWN: There used to be many people at the cemeteries for Qing Ming, but this year, Loh Kee Ong found himself alone at the United Hokkien Cemeteries columbarium in Batu Gantung.

The 37-year-old sales executive went with a few packs of Hainanese chicken rice to pay his respects to his late brother Kee Liang, and found no one else around.
