PETALING JAYA: Opposition members have come out strongly against the latest amendment to the Emergency Ordinance which allows the government to make allocations without going through the Dewan Rakyat or state assemblies.
Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that there was no need for such powers to be accorded.
