IGP: No need for MACC to look into issues on integrity


KUALA LUMPUR: There is no need to rope in the Malaysian Anti Corruption Commission (MACC) over integrity issues within the police force for now, says Tan Sri Abdul Hamid Bador.

“I am still in control. There is no need to lodge any MACC report, ” the Inspector-General of Police said here yesterday when asked to comment on his previous revelation of the existence of a faction within the police force that has ties to the underworld.
