Man says sorry for installing 11 speed bumps on street next to his home


BESUT (Bernama): A man who illegally installed 11 asphalt speed bumps on the street next to his house in Kampung Padang Luas, Jertih here, on Monday (Jan 14) have apologised for his action.

Nor Muhamad Roslam Harun, 40, admitted his mistakes of building so many speed bumps for a distance of less than 40m and creating an unnecessary hassle for other residents to get to the main road.
