PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian surgical trainee’s contribution in introducing disposable sterile hijab in the United Kingdom won the praise of Malaysia’s health director-general.

Dr Farah Shaheera Roslan’s innovation in creating the disposable hijab for female Muslim healthcare workers there has garnered commendation from many, including Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.
