PAS calls off plan for audience with Sultan Nazrin at Istana Kinta


IPOH: POH: PAS has cancelled its plan to seek an audience with the Sultan of Perak on Tuesday (Dec 8).

It is learnt that Perak PAS commissioner Razman Zakaria (pic), who was supposed to meet with Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah at 3pm, had been instructed by party leadership to withdraw the request for the audience.

Datuk Seri Ahmad Faizal Azumu, who was also scheduled to have an audience with the Sultan at Istana Kinta, has yet to arrive.

Earlier Tuesday, Umno president Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi and state party chairman Datuk Saarani Mohamad had both met with His Royal Highness to present their candidate for the Mentri Besar.
