KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Nikah ceremonies in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya can be held in all mosques which are not located within red zones effective Dec 1, says the Federal Territory Islamic Religious Department (Jawi).
It said in a statement on Friday (Nov 27) that the decision was made based on the latest data released by the government.
