Esscom officer enjoys Deepavali in the new norm despite not being able to ‘balik kampung’

KOTA KINABALU: Every year, Senior Asst Comm M. Chandra and his family will fly to Johor Baru to celebrate Deepavali with his mother and siblings.

They will also usually take the opportunity to visit relatives there as well as in Kluang during such visits.
