MACC arrests eight cops suspected of protecting online gambling, RM5mil in cash seized

PUTRAJAYA: Eight police officers have been arrested by MACC on suspicion of protecting individuals operating online gambling and phone scams.

Its chief Datuk Seri Azam Baki said MACC also froze 730 bank accounts worth RM80mil.
