PETALING JAYA: A Malaysian could face paying a maximum RM100,000 fine or six years in prison, or both, for bringing two cats from Moscow and flouting import conditions.
Selangor Maqis director Dr Tarmisal Alimin said the owner, a 26-year-old female student, failed to show veterinary health certificates from the exporting country.
