Melaka records 27% increase in dengue cases


MELAKA: Melaka has recorded a spike in dengue cases while grappling with the latest three positive Covid-19 cases.

State health and anti-drug committee chairman Rahmad Mariman said dengue cases in Melaka recorded an increase of 453 cases, or a 27.19% increase from 2,119 cases from Jan 1 to Sept 26 compared with 1,666 cases during the corresponding period in 2019.
