THE proposed Independent Police Conduct Commission (IPCC) will not have disciplinary powers when dealing with police misconduct.
This was among the major changes made to the IPCC Bill which was tabled in the Dewan Rakyat to replace the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission (IPCMC) Bill which was withdrawn by the government on the same day.
