Dr Mohd Rafi'uddin Hamidon being taken to the magistrate's court to be charged for the offence
SEREMBAN: A 30-year-old doctor claimed trial at the Magistrate's Court here to a charge of cheating a man of RM43,000 in a non-existent investment scheme.
Dr Mohd Rafi'uddin Hamidon, who works at a government hospital, pleaded not guilty after the charge was read to him before magistrate Mahyun Yusof.
