KUALA LUMPUR: The move to accept Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) holders for a teaching degree programme (PISMP), specialising in the Chinese language at Teachers’ Training Institutes (IPG) is not new, says Dr Mohd Radzi Md Jidin.
