PETALING JAYA: In his Hari Raya Haji message, Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin reminded Muslims in Malaysia to strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) as they celebrate the festival.
Muhyiddin explained the SOPs in detail, such as limiting the number of guests in the house and at the venue where the ibadah korban (sacrifice) is performed.
