Covid-19: Five new cases bring total to 8,663 infections, no new deaths


PETALING JAYA: Five new Covid-19 cases were recorded in the country on Sunday (July 5), bringing the total number of infections in Malaysia to 8,663, says the Health Ministry.

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said three of the five new cases were imported cases, while the other two involved local transmissions.
