Treat nature with care, Malaysians urged


PETALING JAYA: The movement control order (MCO) has brought some respite to Mother Nature – with the country seeing cleaner air and less rubbish in rivers due to the decrease in human activities as Malaysians are told to stay at home.

However, environmentalists say the gains seen during the MCO will not last unless there is a change in both the behaviour of Malaysians and policies of the country to put more emphasis on saving the environment.
